The Gering Civic Center is Western Nebraska's premier 26,000 square foot multi-function conference and meeting facility. The Grand Ballroom is the perfect setting to accommodate groups up to 1100 people in theatre style seating. The Grand Ballroom may be divided into five individual rooms allowing for smaller groups with a total of eight (8) meeting rooms available.
The Monument Inn and Suites , adjacent to the Civic Center, offers the finest in room ammenities in beautifully appointed suites and deluxe queen rooms.
The Gering Civic Center does NOT charge a "gratuity or service" fee, providing a substanial cost savings for your meeting. Audio-Visual requirements are met free of charge for all conference and larger meeting groups including our in-ceiling projectors, wireless high-speed internet and
Hard wired video conferencing.

We use many unique venues for off-site events. Gering boasts some of the best views of the North Platte River valley and showcased best at the Five Rocks Amphitheatre. With the five unique rock formations surrounding the venue, which hosts "movies under the stars" and summer concerts, the Amphitheatre provides a unique and beautiful setting for cocktail receptions, chuck wagon cookouts and evening musical performances for conference attendees. With Scotts Bluff National Monument providing the backdrop, Monument Shadows Golf Course offers Gering's challenging and beautiful 18-hole course. Mulligan's, the clubhouse restaurant, is the perfect setting for cocktail receptions and small meetings.
The Gering Convention and Visitors Bureau is housed in the Gering Civic Center, and the Bureau stands ready to "lighten the load" and making the planners' job a little easier before, during and after their stay in Gering.
