Buffet 2 - Triple Entree Groups over 50 - buffet includes (1) potato, (2) vegetables, (1) starch, (2) salads & choice of fresh green, Caesar, Greek, or Spinach Salad served in a bread bowl. For groups of 50 or less: (3) meats, (2) vegetables, (1) potato & (2) salads.
Buffet 3 Prime Rib, plus (1) Shrimp & (1) Chicken entree Shrimp Entrees: Fried, Scampi or Papaya Coconut Shrimp Chicken Entrees: Lemon, Tropical Salsa, Champagne, Broasted, Cordon Bleu, Imperial, Buerre Blanc or Italian Chicken Groups over 50 - buffet includes (1) potato, (2) vegetables, (1) starch, (2) salads & choice fresh green, Caesar, Greek, or Spinach Salad served in a bread bowl.
