| Rick became Manager of the Gering Civic Center in 1996 and has held that title ever since. Rick and his wife Judy have been with the Civic Center since its inception in 1993. During his run as Manager, the Gering Civic Center has seen it's numbers grow from 32,000 per year to over 75,000 per year. Rick also is owner of The Meat Shoppe, INC., which currently has the catering contract for the Civic Center. Rick and his wife Judy have owned The Meat Shoppe & Catering Thyme since 1981. |

Judy Keller-Event Director | |
| Judy's experience as Event Director is second to none. She has overseen the planning of Weddings, Meetings, Political Fund Raisers, Social Events, and well as visits from numerous dignitaries including Gov. Dave Heinaman, former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, Sen. Adrian Smith, and former Congressman Tom Osborne, to name a few. Under her direction, the Gering Civic Center has turned into Western Nebraska's premier event facility and only continues to get better. With her knowledge and guidance she can help turn your function into the best you've ever had. |

Karla R. Streeks-Marketing Director | |
| Karla is in her 7th year with the Gering Civic Center as Marketing Director as well as heading up Gering Tourism. Karla brings a wealth of marketing experience to the Civic Center from her days in Washington, D.C., to go along with her outgoing personality. Not only does Karla oversee all of the marketing and promotions of the Gering Civic Center, she also helps in running day to day operations. Karla has been a tremendous addition to the staff at the Gering Civic Center. |
